Narathiwat: Attacks rocked three southern border provinces of Narathiwat, Pattani, and Yala last night, targeting over 60 locations through bombings and arson. According to Thai News Agency, the incidents occurred last night, starting from around 8 PM, and totaled 65 locations across the provinces. In Narathiwat alone, there were 36 incidents involving shootings, bombings, and arson, focusing on government buildings, transportation routes, railway tracks, and basic infrastructure. Initial reports indicate two civilians were injured, and measures have been taken to secure the affected areas and collect forensic evidence.

In Pattani, an unknown group of perpetrators carried out 11 attacks across 6 districts, targeting convenience stores and government buildings, causing significant property damage. Authorities have cordoned off affected areas and are awaiting bomb disposal experts and forensic teams to gather evidence. One notable incident involved armed men storming a convenience store and detonating an improvised explosive device, causing a massive fire.

Meanwhile, in Yala, there were 18 incidents across three districts. Officials are working to inspect and assess each location, with no injuries reported initially. Efforts are underway to care for the affected public and prevent further harm, while the Commander of the 4th Army Region continues to monitor the situation closely. The focus remains on ensuring public safety and restoring normalcy swiftly.
