The Deputy Minister of Technical and Higher Education *Hon. Sajor Aziz Kamara and Mr. Emmanuel J.

Momoh Director of Higher Education are in Kazan Russian Federation, attending the 11th International Forum of Ministers on the theme: Shaping the Future*

The event which officially commenced on the 8th will run through to the 13th June 2024.

The Sierra Leone officials are guests of *Mr. Sergey Kravtov, Minister of Education Russian Federation,* following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with his Sierra Leonean counterpart *Dr. Haja Ramatulai Wurrie last year in Moscow.*

Whilest in Kazan, the Deputy Minister of Technical and Higher Education *Hon. Sajor Aziz Kamara will use the opportunity to engage various government ministries, Rectors of Universities and private sector investors to further strengthen our bilateral ties in Human capital development.* He is expected to have sideline meetings with colleague ministers attending the Forum in Kazan.
