NELSPRUIT – Police in Mpumalanga appeal to anyone who might assist reuniting the missing couple with their family.
According to information, the couple, 45-year-old Sibusiso Patman Sambo who works for the Department of Correctional Services as a prison warden and his 45 year old partner, Nomsa Ntombikayise Mashabane’s disappearance was detected by Sambo’s mother, Ms Mbitsini Sellina Sambo (65) on Monday evening, 14 November 2022.
Their family never heard from them since that day. They decided to forcefully open the door in the couple’s house, but it was a house to let. Surprisingly their bed was not made up. Efforts by both Sambo’s family and his employer to get hold of the couple were futile as their mobile phones has since been turned off.
Police therefore urge anyone who might know their whereabouts to contact Detective Colonel Nancy Mnisi of SAPS Tonga on 072 603 3438. Members of the public can also call the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111. Alternatively information can be sent via MYSAPSAPP. All received information will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
