The Boshof police need assistance from the community to confirm the identity of an unknown person who was found in a decomposed state with gunshot wounds.
The members received a telephone call about a body found lying on the R64 Road between Boshof and Kimberly on 23 January 2023 at about 15:30.
On arrival the members found the body lying on the road in a decomposed state. The body is that of an African male who could be 30-year-old. The deceased was wearing black jeans, a black jacket and Adidas push-in shoes. The body was taken and kept at Free State Forensic Pathology Services.
