Operation Restore apprehends suspected drug dealer in Langa

WESTERN CAPE – In the early hours of this morning members of Operation Restore searched a premises in Block B, Zone 2, Langa after receiving information about possible illicit activities at the premises. The members responded to the information and found 1598 mandrax tablets, 47 units cocaine, 1902 ecstacy tablets and loose dagga during a search. The drugs have an estimated street value of R500 000-00. A 26-year-old male was arrested and detained on charges of dealing and possession of drugs.

Once charged the suspect will make a court appearance in the Bishop Lavis Magistrates court.
