LIMPOPO – The South African Police Service (SAPS) will launch the 2022/2023 Safer Festive Season Operations in Limpopo.
The National launch is a precursor of the festive season operations which will be rolled out in each province to ensure residents, businesses and holiday makers in the country are and feel safe and secure during and beyond the festive season, as the campaign runs through to end of January 2023.
While the nationwide high density operations began on the 15th October 2022, the Police Minister, General Bheki Cele together with the Acting National Commissioner of the SAPS, Lieutenant General Tebello Mosikili will lead the national launch on Thursday, 3 November 2022 in Thohoyandou.
