Human remains found in forest

NAMAHADI – The Namahadi police are looking for community assistance with regard to the human remains that were found in the forest along Sekoto River by people who were collecting wood.

On 30 June 2022 at about 17:30 police received a complaint at the Community Service Centre about the human remains that were found in the forest along the Sekoto River in Qwaqwa.

The upper body was dismembered. On the right hand there were red, blue and white beads. The body was in a state of decomposition. An inquest case has been opened.
