FICKSBURG - Members attached to the Reaction Team operationalized information about alleged dagga dealing activity in Meqheleng at Zone Seven near Ficksburg.

A search was conducted at the identified residential premises leading to the arrest of a 39-year-old suspect who was caught in the act of packaging dagga (over 140 sachets) and cash suspected to be the proceeds of dagga dealing was seized.

Members also arrested a 24-year-old suspect in Zone 4 under the Domestic Violence Act for contravention of a protection order.
