A 46-year-old woman was raped by three male suspects aged 21, 23 and 37 on Friday around 23h30 at Ondilimwenena village at Onakamwandi.
In the weekend crime report issued Sunday, the Namibian Police said the victim was on her way home from a cucashop when the three suspects met the victim in the bushes, grabbed her and removed her clothes and started having sexual intercourse with her one after another.
Police investigations are still ongoing and the suspects have been arrested.
In a suspected suicide, the lifeless body of Petrus Stumpfe, 48, was found hanging from a tree by a passerby around 17h16 on Friday in Rehoboth.
The deceased next of kin have been informed, there is no sign of foul play at this stage and a post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death as police investigations continue.
