DURBAN – Sydenham Detectives are appealing for witnesses to assist in a culpable homicide case that is being investigated. It is alleged that on 26 February 2022, at 23:45, a man was spinning his vehicle on Umngeni Road when he collided with another vehicle.
One person died and others were injured. A 22-year-man died in hospital as a result of the accident. A case of culpable is being investigated by Sydenham SAPS. Detectives are urgently requesting witnesses to come forward and provide police with accounts of what took place on that day.
