DURBAN – Public assistance sought by Detectives from Provincial Project Team to locate a wanted suspect Raksha Rajkuma Pooran (36) for a case of fraud or theft by general deficiency that they are investigating.

It is alleged by the complainant that between the period of 2017 and 2019, he was defrauded of money from his business and personal account by a known suspect. The suspect fled the scene after the incident. The victim was defrauded of R3, 5 million. A case of fraud was opened for investigation at Westville SAPS. A warrant of arrest has been issued by the court.
