PRETORIA – The seven suspects, Bethuel Ngobeni, Dumisa Moyo, Nhlanhla Magwaca, Moseki Sechele, Thabo Sechele and Khudzai Mashaya appeared this morning in the Oberholzer Magistrates court on charges of four counts fraud, possession of ammunition, possession of drugs, money laundering contravention of the Immigration Act and the contravention of the Precious Metals Act.

Two of the accused are confirmed South African citizens whilst the other four’s citizenship is still to be confirmed.

Their case was postponed to 19 October 2022 for formal bail application and were remanded in custody.
