By participating in efforts to address the causes of crime, members of Crime Intelligence and the Provincial Integrated Task Team conducted an operation on Thursday, 26 August 2021, at Baltimore Park in Killarney Gardens, Milnerton. During the operation members found and confiscated 11 bags of Tik with an estimated street value of approximately R 7 million and weighing approximately 20 kilograms.
Two suspects, a 24-year-old male and a 29-year-old female were arrested and will appear in the Cape Town Magistrates court once charged.
