Thohoyandou police request public assistance to locate the two missing men

LIMPOPO – The police in Thohoyandou under Vhembe District are requesting the public to assist in locating two missing men who were last seen on 05 December 2021 and 07 January 2022 respectively.

 

A 31-year-old mentally challenged man, Vhutshilo Maringa who resides at Tshitereke village reportedly went missing on Sunday 05 December 2021 in the morning. The victim left home without informing anyone about his destination and has since disappeared.

 

He was last seen wearing a navy blue jean, light blue T-shirt and navy blue tekkies.

 

Meanwhile, Makumbane Ndivhaleni aged 25, allegedly disappeared at Tshisaulu village on Friday 07 January 2022. The victim was last seen walking at the said village while wearing a black T-shirt, black denim shorts with blue and white Adidas push-in shoes.

 

Police conducted searches at their friends, relatives and the surrounding areas with no success.

 

Anyone with information that can assist to reunite the two missing men with their families should urgently contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Malapela on 060 852 8283 or at 015 960 1000 or Crime stop number 0860010111 or nearest Police station or MySAPSApp.
