This week, the City’s Customer Relations Department will be taking services to Sea Winds and Tokai respectively.
On 21 July 2022, the service will be at the Sea Winds Multi-Purpose Hall, St Stephen Road in Sea Winds between 09:30 and 13:30.
On 22 July 2022, the service will be at the Tokai Library, Tokai Road, in Tokai, between 09:30 and 13:30.
Officials from the Customer Relations Department’s Mobile Office will assist with municipal account enquiries including rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, potholes and all other account enquiries. They will also assist with general enquiries relating to City Parks, Urban Waste, Property Management, Valuations, and all other general enquiries.
‘The Mobile Office is one of the ways we use to bring our services to the residents affording them the opportunity to enquire and resolve issues without having to spend time and money on transport. To date, it has been effective in resolving long outstanding enquiries for residents. Thus, we encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity and come and engage the officials. We remind the residents to please bring their IDs and/or municipal accounts to help ease the process. We will communicate timeously about future visits,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys,
