WESTERN CAPE – Concerted efforts to rid our communities of the illegal drug trade yielded positive results when members of the National Intervention Unit arrested a 54-year-old female for dealing in mandrax this morning. The members followed up on information about drugs at a premises in 12th Avenue Retreat and searched the premises and found 2030 mandrax tablets hidden in the Wendy house.

The suspect will make a court appearance in the Wynberg Magistrates court once she has been charged.
