QUEENSTOWN – On Monday, 22 November 2021, during an operation which focused on high visibility patrols in hotspot areas and stop and search operations the following arrests were made.

A 44-year-old male was arrested for dealing in drugs after he was found in possession of 25 sachets of dagga and one plastic bag containing loose dagga with a weight of 0.91 grams. The street value is estimated at R1250-00 and R2100-00 cash was also confiscated from the suspect.

A 30-year-old male was arrested for possession of drugs after found in possession of crushed Boss Mandrax tablet and one full Boss mandrax tablet. The estimated street value of the drugs are R150-00.

One panga and seven knifes were also confiscated.
