On Monday the, Queenstown K9-dog unit, Flying Squad and the Murder and Robbery Unit, reacted on information about a alleged stolen vehicle spotted in the vicinity of Ilinge, Komani.
After the vehicle was stopped and searched an elderly driver explained that the vehicle was bought from a dealership in Johannesburg.
The grey Isuzu bakkie was traced and reported stolen in the Piet Retief locality.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. The value of the vehicle is R90 000.
