SADC Heads of Anti-Corruption Agencies meet to strengthen relations and partnerships in combatting corruption
The outgoing chairman of SADC Anti-Corruption Committee (SACC), Advocate Andy Mothibi, will be hosting Southern African Development Community (SADC) heads of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Boksburg from 23-25 November 2022.
The aim of the meeting is to strengthen the efforts to implement the SADC Strategic Anti-Corruption Action Plan (2023-2027), partnerships in recovery of assets, and enhance coordination between the SADC Secretariat and Member States through the Anti-Corruption Agencies.
The meeting will give SACC members the opportunity to identify critical issues and emerging corruption trends relating to the SADC Region that will require focus and addressing within the framework of the revised Strategic Anti-Corruption Plan.
