According to South African Government News Agency, on Tuesday, January 28, Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) will release the latest Consumer Price Index (CPI) data. This release is anticipated to provide critical insights into the country’s economic conditions.
The schedule continues on Thursday, January 30, when Stats SA will make available the Producer Price Index (PPI) data for December 2024. This information is crucial for understanding the cost pressures faced by producers in the economy. Additionally, on the same day, Premier Alan Winde, along with Western Cape Education MEC David Maynier, will host the Western Cape National Senior Certificate 2024 Awards Ceremony. The ceremony will take place at Leeuwenholf, the Premier’s residence, and will recognize the achievements of students in the region.
