The 43 year old wife to the brutally murdered Warrant Officer Kolile Kulu will appear in Butterworth Magistrate’s court with other co-accused on 07 October 2021. She was arrested on 06 October 2021 for allegations of killing her police husband.
It is alleged that on 30 August 2021 at 22:00 while Warrant Officer Kolile Kulu was asleep at his home, he was killed by three unknown males who are reported to have also taken his official firearm. All three purported hitmen and other two suspects alleged to have been involved are under arrest.
On 06 October 2021, the wife of the deceased was arrested and charged for the murder and detained in one of the East London police stations. All the suspects will appear in the Butterworth Magistrate’s court on 07 October 2021.
