SAPS Waterpoort embarks on 16 Days of Activism awareness campaign

WATERPOORT – On Thursday 09 December 2021, the SAPS Waterpoort Acting Station Commander Captain Muvhulawa Alfred Sithuga led the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children awareness campaign at Waterpoort complex.

He was accompanied by Detectives Commander Warrant Officer Adziambei David Mulaudzi and Constable Masindi Doreen Maphari attached to the Community Service Centre.

The following issues were addressed:

Covid-19 regulations
Gender based violence
Rape
Festive season safety tips such as stokvel money
Hitchhiking, especially unknown vehicles.
