SAPS Vosloorus members in collaboration with various stakeholders visit local schools to ensure all learners are and feel safe within the school environment.

On Wednesday, 31 August 2022 members of SAPS Vosloorus in collaboration with Department of Correctional Services, Gauteng Traffic, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD), representatives of the local Community Policing Forum (CPF) and other stakeholders visited Masithwalisane and Erasmus Secondary schools in Vosloorus as part of the station's safer schools campaign.

The campaign aimed to raise the learners' level of awareness on the dangers of substance abuse and general safety within the school environment.

A school search was also conducted which led to the recovery of dagga and dangerous weapons which were found in possession of learners.
