The City of Cape Town has revised its operating hours for calls related to accounts and general inquiries over the festive season.
The operating hours of the City’s Corporate Contact Centre for accounts and general enquiries have been revised to 07:00 to 17:30, Mondays to Fridays, as from today, 15 December 2021 until Wednesday, 5 January 2022.
Calls related to water service faults, and any other urgent service related enquiries will remain available as per normal – that is, 24/7 over the festive season.
The City’s Electricity Technical Operation Centre and Transport Information Centre will be operational as per usual for all electricity and roads related service faults and transport enquiries.
All digital channels will remain available as well.
