Mr Essop Mahomed was found alive this morning, on the beach near the water, about 1km away from the Gamtoos River. As the search party resumed their hunt this morning, fishermen in the vicinity were alerted to be on the lookout for him. At about 10:00, two fishermen found him on the beach in a very weak condition. He will be taken to hospital for treatment.
