Police in Potchefstroom is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying three persons of interest. They are between the ages of 19 and 37, Sotho speaking and can possibly assist the police in a robbery case that was reported at midday on Tuesday, 17 January 2023 in an open field, close to Wallis Street, Potchefstroom. During the incident, two students were allegedly walking, when they were overpowered by suspects and threatened with knives. They were robbed of cellular phones, cash and their carry bags containing various personal documents.
