NORTHERN CAPE – The suspect in the Jenhaven murder case has been arrested on 23 January 2022.
The arrest follows an incident in Jenhaven on 20 January 2022 at 16:40 where the body of a 37-year-old male was found in Kerk Street covered with blood. According to reports, the deceased was stabbed by a male suspect who fled the scene.
The Station Commander, Col Andries Witbooi members for their swift action in apprehending and arresting the suspect.
The suspect will soon appear in the Postmasburg Magistrate court.
The community is also appreciated for information that led to the tracing and arrest of the suspect.
