WESTERN CAPE- Belhar detectives are seeking the assistance of the public to locate the person depicted in the photograph. Filicity Fillies left her place to visit a friend in Manenberg on Wednesday, 11 May 2022 at about 09:20. She was wearing a black jacket, navy blue velvet pants and black and white running shoes. She made contact with her husband later that day to say she arrived safely at her destination, and has since not been seen.
