The Police in Morebeng in the Capricorn District are investigating a case of stock theft that occurred at one of the farms in the area on Wednesday, 02 October 2024.
It is alleged that the cattle herder on the farm, counted the cattle before driving them to glazing field and then realised that five were missing. Upon checking around the kraal, they discovered that a fence was cut off by unknown suspects.
The five cattle, being two cows and three calves, were all brand marked on the left thigh. They are all white in colour, without horns, and had tags on the left ears. They are all at an estimated total value of R58 000-00.
