The police at Nebo in Sekhukhune District, are requesting assistance from communities in locating a missing man, 56-year-old Oupa Jan Mtomboti from Magapung, Glen Clowie village.
Mtomboti was last seen on Wednesday, 02 October 2024, visiting his mother in a nearby village. He indicated he was heading home but never arrived. Inquiries at his workplace, a local primary school, where he is employed as a general worker revealed he did not report for duty.
He was wearing grey trousers, a blue and orange jersey, black tekkies and a maroon T-shirt.
Police are urging anyone with information on the man’s whereabouts, to contact Investigating Officer Warrant Philemon Nchetseng at 082 710 0866, the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111, or the nearest police station. Alternatively, use MySAPS App.
