The Phuthaditjhaba Regional court found accused, Paleho Molefe(27) from Namoha Village in Qwaqwa guilty on charge of murder and handed him 15 years direct imprisonment.
His sentence was borne by incident which took place on 28 March 2021 at Namoha Village near a tavern. Apparently, Paleho Molefe talked to Teboho Nzimande(29) outside the tavern in the street. He stabbed Teboho with a knife in the chest and died instantly on the scene. He was arrested and charged with murder. He was found guilty on 4 November 2021 and sentenced to effective 15 years direct imprisonment.
