Today, 5 May 2022, the City’s Mobile office will be deployed at the Morning Star Community Hall, Skool Street in Durbanville, from 09:30 until 13:30, where officials from the Customer Relations Department will assist residents with general service enquiries.
This service is aimed at giving our residents an opportunity to have a face to face interaction with the officials about their service issues without having to move out of their residential area and spending money on transport. We realise that some people prefer speaking to a person to resolve issues hence, we are making this sort of service available.
The officials will assist with municipal account enquiries including rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, potholes and all other account enquiries. They will also assist with general enquiries relating to City Parks, Solid Waste, Property Management, Valuations, and all other general enquiries.
Residents are encouraged to take full advantage of this opportunity and to please ensure that they bring their identity documents and municipal accounts to help ease the process.
