DURBAN – Esikhaleni police are appealing to the community for assistance in locating Sipho Jordan Cele (49) of Mpembeni Reserve in Esikhaleni. He went missing on 30 March 2022. At the time of his disappearance, he was last seen wearing a white pair of jeans, a green T-shirt, black safety boots and he was carrying a shoulder bag.
