The Nelson Mandela Bay District Family Violence, Sexual offences and Child Protection unit (FCS) are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a 14-year-old girl Likesha Muller who is missing since Friday 06/08.
It is alleged that on the abovementioned date at approximately 11:15, Ms Muller, left her home in Lodewyk Street, Bloemendal and she never returned home. The mother contacted the Nelson Mandela Bay District Family Violence, Sexual offences and Child Protection unit (FCS) and reported her missing on Thursday 12/08. She was wearing a blue denim short, orange t-shirt and white tekkies at the time. According to her family she left her home on a few other occastions as well, but always returned home after a few days. The investigating officer did follow up with her friends but were unable to trace her.
Police is appealing to anyone who can assist in locating Likesha Muller, to urgently contact D/WO Sonika van der Merwe on 071 475 2309 or Crime Stop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station.
