Minister Senzo Mchunu observes progress at Giyani Bulk Water Supply Project, 19 Nov

The Minister of Water and Sanitation, Mr. Senzo Mchunu, accompanied by Deputy Ministers Ms. Dikeledi Magadzi and Mr. David Mahlobo, will return to Giyani, Limpopo to address water challenges in the area.

 

Minister Mchunu made a commitment to resolve challenges in Giyani hindering secure water provision to the area. He made this undertaking during his previous 3-day working session in in the province of Limpopo in September this year.

 

The Minister and Deputies will be briefed on measures taken since his working visit to continue work on the Giyani Bulk Water Supply Scheme towards completion. This water scheme will provide fresh water to villages in Giyani within the Mopani District of Limpopo.
