Minister Fikile Mbalula assesses Infrastructure Developments in Free State in build up to Presidential Imbizo, 07 April
The Minister of Transport, Mr. Fikile Mbalula is on a drive to accelerate service delivery in the Free State province’s transport sector.
With the licences renewal cut off date recently extended to Friday, 15 April 2022 fast approaching, together with Transport Deputy Minister Sindisiwe Chikunga and Free State MEC for Police, Roads and Transport Mr Kwekwe Bulwane, Minister Mbalula will do an on-site inspection and examine operations at the Lengau Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC).
The principals and stakeholders will thereafter proceed to the Mangaung City Hall to view, inspect and board on the branded Hauweng, Mangaung Bus Rapid Transit System to review progress on the project, which forms part of the Department’s Integrated Public Transport Network (IPTN) programme.
The events form part of infrastructure assessment and transport stakeholder engagements building up to the Presidential Imbizo that will be held in the province.
