GAUTENG - Police Minister, General Bheki Cele and the management of the South African Police Service (SAPS) led by National Commissioner, General Fannie Masemola will on Friday 27 May 2022, engage the community of Jabulani hostel residents and surrounding community members in the area, during a crime prevention and combating Ministerial Imbizo.

The area of Jabulani has been experiencing a number of incidents of crimes such as murder, robbery and theft that has led to the hostels’ Izinduna meeting with the Minister of Police and SAPS Management in finding lasting solutions to their crime concerns.

The Police Ministry and the management of the SAPS are determined to change the crime picture in the area through heightened police operations and forging a lasting policing partnerships with residents, organised community structures and all relevant stakeholders.
