Police welcomes the 10 year rape sentence that was handed down to Aaron Moduone (30) in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court recently.
Moduone, the accused who is currently serving a previous rape sentence he received in 2009, threatened the 25 year old male inmate and raped him in a storeroom at the Kimberley Correctional Facility.
The incident occurred on 12 April 2020 at about 15:20 hence Aaron Moduone was found guilty and sentenced to an effective 10 year sentence for rape on the 11 October 2021.
