EASTERN CAPE – Willowvale Police arrested a 35-year-old man after he fatally shot a 34-year-old man, this morning.
It is alleged that the deceased was with the suspect when an argument broke between the two. They fought and the suspect drew a firearm and shot the deceased on his upper body and he died on the spot.
On further investigation the suspect took the police to where he buried the firearm and a 9mm pistol with one magazine with six (06) x 9mm live ammunition was found.
He is expected to appear in the Willowvale Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 30 August 2021.
