Lotus River residents are next in line for the City of Cape Town’s Customer Services Mobile Office which will be in their area on Thursday, 7 April 2022. The officials will be at the Lotus River Multipurpose Centre at the Corner of Buck Road and 6th Avenue in Lotus River.
The officials will be on site from 09:30 until 13:30 on that day.
The Customer Relations officials will assist residents by logging service requests electronically and provide the customer with a reference number for their record. The reference number will also make it easy for a resident to follow up on their service request.
‘This initiative is to ensure that services are accessible and within reach of the residents, without them having to leave their residential areas or spend money on travelling to access City services. Thus, I encourage residents to make every effort to bring their services enquiries to the officials who will log it on their behalf,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
Residents are reminded to please bring their account statements and ID books.
