DSAC hosts Provincial Arts and Culture Indaba 2023

The Limpopo MEC for Sport, Arts and Culture, Ms. Nakedi Kekana will officially open the two-day Provincial Arts and Culture Indaba scheduled to take place in Polokwane. The Indaba will create a platform to discuss the role and relevance of community arts centres in the local community development.

The Provincial Arts and Culture Indaba will create an interactive platform for all significant role-players, stakeholders and interested groups in arts and culture to frankly and robustly exchange ideas that will shape the way arts and culture programme is to be delivered in the province, furthermore, to develop Provincial Arts and Culture Strategy for Arts centres.

The primary objective of the Indaba is to conduct diagnostic analysis of the status quo of arts and culture, and to craft resolutions that will ensure the implementation of a seamless system that will deliver Arts and Culture in the province.
