Our officials are well equipped to assist customers with enquiries relating to their municipal accounts. The officials are also able to speak in a language you understand. I urge you to please make use of this opportunity. With these services on your doorstep, it means you do not need to spend time and money on travelling to resolve your queries,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.

The service offering includes enquiries related to rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, potholes and all other account enquiries. The officials will also assist with general enquiries relating to City Parks, Urban Waste, Property Management, Valuations, and all other general enquiries.
