CAPE TOWN - Efforts to eradicate the possession of unlicensed firearms in our communities, led to the arrest of a 16-year-old male, for the possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition. Members of Kleinvlei police were busy with crime prevention duties when they saw a male acting suspicious when he saw a police vehicle approaching. The suspect was stopped, searched and was found in possession of an unlicensed firearm with ammunition.
Once charged, the suspect will appear in the Blue Downs Magistrate’s Court on the mentioned charges.
