POLOKWANE – The SAPS Limpopo Provincial Junior Management Core members have embarked on a joint operation today on the N1 North next to Polokwane Gateway International Airport in the Capricorn District.

The operation was conducted in conjunction with the Provincial Traffic, Provincial Correctional Service and Home Affairs, and the parade was inspected the Acting Provincial Head of Operations Command Centre (POCC) Colonel S.J Van Schalkwyk.

The following successes were addressed:

Seven undocumented persons were arrested;

Twelve traffic summons RTA (Road Traffic Act) issued for the amount of R17, 750,00

A total of 726 persons were stopped and searched.

348 vehicles were stopped and searched.
