Graaff-Reinet detectives seek community assistance in solving a case of murder

Police are investigating the murder of 43-year-old Mvusi Diamond of Bergendal, Graaff-Reinet, after the deceased succumbed to injuries sustained on Sunday, 24 October 2021 between 04:30 and 17.00

 

It is alleged that at about 17:10, police were summoned to a complaint of a stabbing at a residence in Bergendal, Graaff Reinet and on arrival at the scene, police found the lifeless body of a man lying in his house with a stab wound to his neck. He was later identified as 43-year-old Mvusi Diamond.

 

The circumstances surrounding the incident are forming part of the investigation.

 

Graaff-Reinet Detectives are investigating a case of murder.

 

At this stage no one has been arrested for the murder and Graaff-Reinet Police appeal to anyone with information that may assist the Detectives in the investigation to pleases contact
