Government activities for the week 14 – 18 October 2024

From 13 – 17 October, Water and Sanitation Minister Pemmy Majodina participates in the 9th Africa Water Week and 7th Cairo Water Week. The event concludes on 17 October.

From 13 – 14 October, the leadership of the North West Provincial Government, led by Premier Lazarus Kagiso Mokgosi, will hold a two-day EXCO Planning Lekgotla to identify the provincial government’s key priorities for the next five years.

On Monday, 14 October, the Minister of Energy and Electricity, Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, briefs media on the implementation of the Energy Action Plan.

On Wednesday, 16 October, Eastern Cape Rural Development and Agrarian Reform MEC, Nonceba Kontsiwe, will launch the department’s R80 million cropping programme in Ngxakaxha village, Dutywa on World Food Day.
