Free State Provincial Commissioner bestowed new ranks on promoted officers

BLOEMFONTEIN – The Free State Provincial Commissioner accompanied by management embraced newly promoted officials and officers with their presence at Bobbiespark in Bloemfontein. The intention being to confer ranks to almost 80 promoted members.

The promotions will close the vacuum within the command structure of the organisation in the province to ensure command and control. The management observed the joy and gratitude on the eyes of newly promoted officers while coming to the front one by one to receive their new ranks.

The Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane congratulated them and said: “All members promoted here are well deserving members and no one did you a favour and God’s timing is always right.”

Furthermore, the Provincial Commissioner said she is impressed on the neatness of the uniform of the officers. Amongst those promoted, the Provincial Commissioner indicated that there are 11 female station commanders and must be supported. They are the chosen ones, even if they speak bad about them, they must never entertain that, but rather allow God to intervene on their behalf.

The Provincial Commissioner shared the scripture with newly appointed officers from John 15:16-22.

In closure the Provincial Commissioner said: “Go and work, help Free State to remain the model for the entire country.

It will be the responsibility of these officers to make sure that they mentor others within their command.
