This exclusive area is tailored to provide Business Class passengers with a seamless and personalized pre-flight experience, featuring a dedicated Meet and Assist service, seated check-in, and a Fast Track option for swift passage through passport control and security checkpoints.
Located near Entrance 3 in the Departures area of Terminal 2, this marks flydubai first Business Class check-in space, designed to enhance the premium travel experience. With this new facility, flydubai emphasizes its ongoing commitment to improving customer service both at the airport and in-flight, making the journey even more convenient and enjoyable for Business Class travelers.

The elevated experience begins even before passengers reach the terminal, as a dedicated Business Team is on hand to assist with inquiries. Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport (DXB) offers a dedicated Kerbside Drop-off Area and a separate entrance exclusively for Business Class check-in.
Business Class passengers benefit from a personalized Meet and Assist service, supported by a dedicated team member and complimentary porter service. The inviting check-in area offers a serene space to relax, with a traditional Arabic welcome that includes refreshing towels, followed by coffee, dates, or other refreshments. The check-in process is seamless, with porters handling baggage to minimize wait times and queues.
After check-in, a Business Team member escorts passengers to the flydubai Business Lounge, with Fast Track access through e-gates or passport control and security.

n is available to all flydubai Business Class passengers departing from Terminal 2. Customers who upgrade to Business Class before check-in can also enjoy this premium service.
Flydubai growing network now spans over 125 destinations across 55 countries, including Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Europe, the GCC, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. The airline has opened more than 90 new routes that previously lacked direct air links to Dubai and operates with a young, efficient fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft.
