The Deputy National Commissioner for Crime Detection was hosted by the MEC for Community Safety, Mrs Weziwe Tikana – Gxothiwe in a colourful evening function addressed by the Premier of the Eastern Cape.

Gracing the occasion were high profile dignitaries from various departments, and institutions including churches. The Provincial Government was represented by various Members of the Executive Council who included Ms Khontsiwe, Ms Lusithi.

The Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee, Ms Babalwa Lobishe was also in attendance. All the Speakers who followed after Premier Oscar Mabuyane spoke well of General Ntshinga and her contribution to the well-being and development of the Eastern Cape Citizens.

They expressed their gratitude to a Woman they described as unique in the history of policing. They bid her goodbye in her new appointment to the National Headquarters of the SAPS.
