Creating awareness on compliance with the return of earnings
The Department of Employment and Labour’s entity, the Compensation Fund, will host three day workshops in Gauteng Province to interact with stakeholders on the Return of Earning (ROE), inclusion of Domestic workers in the COID Act, Amendment of Employer assessment model and the latest developments within Compensation Fund.
The workshop, aimed at creating awareness on compliance with the Return of Earnings will be held on 09 March at the Riverside Sun (Vereeniging)at corner Wenning and Emfuleni drive, 10 March, Johannesburg (Protea Hotel OR Tambo) and on 11 March 2022 at the Manhattan hotel, 247 Scheiding street Pretoria.
The Department of Employment and Labour started the ROE advocacy session on 26/10/2021 in Eastern Cape and more sessions have since been held in Western Cape, Northern Cape; KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, North West and Limpopo.
The ROE sessions are open to human resource executives and practitioners and employers. Members of the media are invited to the sessions.
The sessions are held from 09h00-16h00.
The annual submission of your ‘Return of Earnings’ is an obligation placed on each Employer Registered with the office of the Compensation Fund.
